Completely disappointed with the level of "service" from the person I had the misfortune to interact with. I sent an electronic request to Malouf Ford North Brunswick for a best price on a Ford Ranger truc the person I had the misfortune to interact with. I sent an electronic request to Malouf Ford North Brunswick for a best price on a Ford Ranger truck with some specifications for it, I currently own a 2008 Ranger with 245K miles and its time to go has come. Within minutes I received a phone call from a lady, that wanted to discuss my request, unfortunately I did not get her name clearly. I told her that I simply wanted the dealership's best price on the vehicle and for now did not want to schedule a test drive or anything else. She responded that she needed to know if I was financing or leasing and other things to give me the price. I told her that I did not understand why and did not think that the price of a vehicle or anything for that matter should change depending on how you pay for it. Immediately she got very agitated, mentioned rather loudly "I know you, I know you" and unceremoniously hung up on me. Even if the Dealership's Sales Team or particularly this lady have been harassed in the past by people that makes them waste their valuable time, I think this behavior was unwarranted. This lady's assuming that because someone wants to know how much things cost before visiting the dealership is not a serious buyer and have him mistreated really shows poor business/service level, I hope this does not reflect the policy of all Malouf Ford's sales people. This was my first contact with them, I know nobody at the Malouf Dealership and after this, I really do not want to. J. Mendez More
