So I came to Malouf Ford due to my usual dealer, Bell Ford closing. My lease was up on my 2018 Escape and I was looking to lease a new one again. Due to current conditions in the country Jim didn't have much to show but he remained upbeat at the prospect of helping me. After all was said and done I ended up keeping my 2018 Escape and even though that didn't get him anything, he was happy I was happy in the end.
