I ordered a Ford 150 lightning from the factory through them, the ordering was smooth and the transaction went fine.. but after placing my order Ford increased the price of my truck, so I should be eligibl them, the ordering was smooth and the transaction went fine.. but after placing my order Ford increased the price of my truck, so I should be eligible for the price protection money back. As per dealer it would take 60 days, and the manager couldn’t give a guarantee on it. I hope I will receive it, since the price increase my vehicle did not qualify to get 2k nj rebate so I missed out on that. So it’s early for me to review the dealer on the transaction experience to say if I’m really happy or not. Other than that I think Malouf is straight forward on everything they won’t force you to get finance through them or no other hidden fees or charges. I’m happy overall More
