was not having any problems w/ my 6,000 mile Fiesta - just brought in for oil change. I had an appointment but it took almost 2 hours, while I waited. When I drove off onto route 1, a very heavy white just brought in for oil change. I had an appointment but it took almost 2 hours, while I waited. When I drove off onto route 1, a very heavy white smoke poured out the back and the car was choking! I immediately returned to the service center and waited another 1/2 hour while they looked at it. I had to leave so they drove me home and 2 hours later brought my car to me, saying oil spilled into the pcv causing the problem. They had to run it to clear it out. Not a good experience - the mechanic was careless! I hope my car is safe and I don't have future problems from this error. Waste of my time and cost of gas. More

They even gave me some documents that explained the benefits of the My Sync upgrade! Having just bought a 2013 Ford Fusion Titanium from the new Grandpa Don and Dino for my son, I visited them to share our great experience with the car. We laughed about how we haven't seen our son since he got his "wings."
