I would not recommend Malouf Ford. Both Mingo Qiu and Chris Rost were very unfriendly and Mingo was not respectful to me. I could not understand what Mingo was telling me based on his accent. He pointed Chris Rost were very unfriendly and Mingo was not respectful to me. I could not understand what Mingo was telling me based on his accent. He pointed a finger in my face saying I was not eligible to test drive, which I was not happy about. Show some respect. Chris Rost did not seem happy during my test drive. Overall, these two people were very unfriendly and therefore I will not be returning to Malouf Ford. The reason I came to Malouf Ford was to test drive an F-150 and the process on test driving a vehicle was too lengthy and unnecessary. I would also like to add that I went to the NY international auto show and wanted to do the "Shift into $50" program. I am interested in the future to buy a Ford F-150 and wanted to see how it would drive. Both my uncle, cousin, and I were extremely disappointed with this experience. Honestly, I think both Chris and Mingo could care less about my experience because I was only there to test drive a vehicle. I have never met such unfriendly people and it's there job to be friendly and reasonable. More

Prior to visiting Malouf we went to four other dealerships, one of which was an other Ford dealership, Malouf top them all in terms of personal care and of course when comparing apples to apples, they gave us the best price. There is no hard selling of extras at the closing. Sam Iskander does the closing paperwork pleasantly and efficiently. I have never had a service issue. was not having any problems w/ my 6,000 mile Fiesta - just brought in for oil change. I had an appointment but it took almost 2 hours, while I waited. When I drove off onto route 1, a very heavy white just brought in for oil change. I had an appointment but it took almost 2 hours, while I waited. When I drove off onto route 1, a very heavy white smoke poured out the back and the car was choking! I immediately returned to the service center and waited another 1/2 hour while they looked at it. I had to leave so they drove me home and 2 hours later brought my car to me, saying oil spilled into the pcv causing the problem. They had to run it to clear it out. Not a good experience - the mechanic was careless! I hope my car is safe and I don't have future problems from this error. Waste of my time and cost of gas. More

Everyone is greeted the same way, and everyone is treated like they're the most important customer of the day. I was there for some scheduled service, as well as an upgrade to my 2011 Ford Explored Ltd. My Sync. Gerry, Scott, Sal and all the techs are always top notch and did an outstanding job. They even gave me some documents that explained the benefits of the My Sync upgrade! Having just bought a 2013 Ford Fusion Titanium from the new Grandpa Don and Dino for my son, I visited them to share our great experience with the car. We laughed about how we haven't seen our son since he got his "wings." If you're in the market for a new Ford or Lincoln, or are unhappy with the service you are currently getting on your car, pull into the Malouf Ford Lincoln dealership and say hello. I promise that your experience will be just like mine and everyone else's who does business with them. More
