Our salesman, Robert Santoro, patiently spent nearly all day letting us inspect & drive the many pre-owned Edges in stock, without any pressure to buy. That included one car that was just traded in, but not cleaned up. Since we hadn’t bought a new car in many years, Rob courteously explained all of the new technology available in today’s cars. After narrowing our decision to 2 Edges, Rob presented excellent prices on both. We finally decided on a low-mileage, off-lease, certified pre-owned Edge. Overall, Rob made our car-buying experience much more pleasant than we thought it would be. More

I called to set up an appointment and made it immediately without delay. The car we discussed when making the appointment was in front of the show room waiting for us. Frank the salesman was available at the appropriate time. He discussed the features of the 2014 Escape and took us on our test drive. Negotiation was painless. We discussed what we could do and the dealership worked hard to get us there. We left with a new car that night! We returned the next day to sign all papers that were already prepared. The plates were ready the following day. It was a win-win situation for all involved. More
