My experience at Malouf Ford I recently leased a Lincoln mkz from Malouf Ford , my salesperson was Bill Barton. He was professional, courteous and made my wife and I feel like fam I recently leased a Lincoln mkz from Malouf Ford , my salesperson was Bill Barton. He was professional, courteous and made my wife and I feel like family.He spent plenty of time going through all the standard and extra features of the car. He took me on a test drive so I would be familiar with the car before I leased it.Before I left he told me if I ever ran into trouble to give him a call and he would explain what we should do. about an hour and a half after we left he called and asked how everything was and I told him everything was fine. About a week later I felt as though the brakes didn't feel quite right. I called to tell him the brakes were working but it didn't feel smooth. He said as long as the brakes were working to bring the car right in and we would check it out. he was waiting when I got there and we went for a test drive he agreed that it wasn't smooth and took it for a repair. Purchase of a Ford Escape ( new ) without any problems It was necessary to buy a replacement vehicle for my rapidly deteriorating older car. Having very little time , I made a quick perusal of new SUV's, It was necessary to buy a replacement vehicle for my rapidly deteriorating older car. Having very little time , I made a quick perusal of new SUV's, and selected just two to avoid having too many dealer visits to go through. One of them was a new 2018 Ford Escape, at Malouf Ford. in North Brunswick NJ. The salesman was Jim Lennon, who was very friendly, and then turned out to be very knowledgeable about the cars I was considering. As we talked, the needle of my mental preference dial moved more and more in the direction of the Ford. Ordinarily, being a very cautious person, I would have sat on my decision for a few days, but my instinct was that I could trust Jim , and so, combined with a very reasonable quote from the manager, I made the purchase decision right then and there. There were no bad surprises. The dealership arranged everything with unbelievably ( to me ) speed, and the next day Jim picked me up at home, so I could take delivery of the Escape at the Ford dealership. This is the fastest and most convenient way I have ever bought a new car. RP End of a real good story. More

After placing the order and waiting patiently, I received the call saying my truck was in. The day I chose for delivery was unfortunately raining. When we arrived, Bill had the truck detailed and waiting inside the building which was perfect. My overall experience with Malouf and Bill was exceptional.
