Just the Best! I have bought many cars, been to many dealerships. Malouf Ford on Route 1 in New Brunswick is by far the best. This is the fourth car I purchased here I have bought many cars, been to many dealerships. Malouf Ford on Route 1 in New Brunswick is by far the best. This is the fourth car I purchased here and I could not be happier. Dina Gemgnani Jr was extremely helpful and after going thru some questions he had for me ( yes he asked me what I wanted and not what he though I wanted) He then directed us to Chris Fitzgerald. Chris walked us through the process in picking out my new car. He took his time in explaining all the bells and whistles. He also listen to my needs and did not try and sell me something I did not need (which I appreciated very much). I then found myself able to spend money on an extended warranty. I like to keep my cars a long time. I just sold my 2003 Ford focus ( 182000 miles) bought new from Malouf to buy my new one. You will not be sorry buying from this dealership! More

From the start, Bill was courteous, professi While this was not our first experience with Malouf, this was our first with Malouf Ford and Bill Barton. From the start, Bill was courteous, professional and more than helpful. He answered all of our "silly" questions without hesitating and patiently walked us through the pros and cons of each car we were considering. On the test drive, Bill made sure to walk us through the features of the car, again answering all of our questions. Once we decided on which car we were going to lease, Bill flew through the paperwork, making the process painless. Don also made sure that we got the best deal possible. Since leasing our Escape, Bill has checked up on us a few times, making sure we didn't have any questions and the car was running smoothly. We couldn't be more happy about our experience with Malouf and Bill, and we will be returning when our lease is up! Thank you again, Bill! More
