I asked if I can have my car by Wednesday since I wanted very specific combination of colors in a specific trim and the answer wasn’t just yes to make the sale but was an honest answer “ no, but we could do Thursday” I was very happy to get my car on the day they promised. The day after I picked up my new Explorer, my family and I drove it to South Caroline and I realized that I needed to go back to Chris and take him up on his offer to show me all the different features that I mistakenly thought I know how to operate. Chris was very kind and spent over an hour and a half with me after 3 weeks from picking up my car. It was a really great experience. I would recommend Malouf Ford to anyone and definitely ask for Chris Fitzgerald, he’s a great guy. More

When I walked into the Malouf Ford d I had the ultimate car buying experience! Malouf Ford has a great staff that cares about your car buying needs. When I walked into the Malouf Ford dealer I was instantly greeted by Bill Barton. He was very helpful and answered all of my questions instantly. Mr. Barton spent a lot of time showing me around the showroom floor and the car lot filled with a huge variety of different car models. When I decided that I liked the Ford Mustang model the best Mr. Barton took me on multiple test drives. Mr. Barton made sure that he got me the exact car that I was looking for with all the options that I wanted. When I came in the next day the car I wanted was washed and waxed waiting for me to sign the paper work. Mr. Barton spent an hour with me and my new Mustang explaining how all the options and apps work on the car.
