I was looking for a used one at the time, and he told me that would be hard to do because most people do not get rid of their Ford Transits. He kept in contact with me for months doing research and giving me updates without being pushy about it. Eventually I changed my search for a new model. He was able to find the exact model I needed (which was very rare) and gave me a great deal on it. He even got me a few extras that saved me even more money! I never had a Ford before, but after my experience with James and this dealership, I'm sure my next personal vehicle will be a Ford too! More
