After having our 2013 Chevy Equinox we decided it was time for a new suv. 136,000 miles it did us great. We frequented another local dealer and decided to give Malouf a try…I emailed them and soon after time for a new suv. 136,000 miles it did us great. We frequented another local dealer and decided to give Malouf a try…I emailed them and soon after was contacted by someone. A bit later was emailed back and asked to please see Gene. We set up an appointment and off we went. Gene was amazing. We test drove a 2018 Chevy Equinox and was sold. Gene was professional, kind, nice and knowledgeable. Thank you for an awesome experience!!! More

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. I appreciated the personal service the dealership offered. Only negative part of my experience was the physical condition of the vehicle. The vehicle had multipl the personal service the dealership offered. Only negative part of my experience was the physical condition of the vehicle. The vehicle had multiple chips in the paint and two of the rims showed curb damage. Unfortunately, I did not notice these defects until the next day after we took delivery, as I purchased the vehicle during a rain storm (my fault). However, when I contacted the dealership the next day, they were unwilling to fix the damage or compensate me to get the problems corrected. I'm sure it wasn't intentional, but prior to purchasing the vehicle, my salesman assured me the vehicle was in "like new condition." I just would have appreciated a little more honesty on the physical condition of the vehicle and some compensation for the $900 I spent to get these issues corrected. More
