From the minute you walk in, you're treated like the most important person there. There is no high pressure. I go in, pick out the car I want, tell them what I want to pay, and they work it out. I went in today, turned in my lease and got a new Equinox with NO MONEY DOWN, and a lower monthly payment than I had before! On top of that, they give anyone who buys or leases a new car FREE oil changes for as long as you have the car, and FREE tire rotations for 2 years! I can't say enough about Malouf Chevrolet! More

Amanda, Chris and Randy in the service office provided some of the best customer service that all dealerships should aspire to. Being a recall issue everything was professional and straight to the point. We made an appointment after having the ordered recall parts arrive at the dealership. This was so we could get everything done in one day rather than multiple days. While the repairs were made I was able to get a ride back home via the dealers shuttle and then was picked up by the dealer after the work was completed. I would not hesitate to bring my vehicle back for other repairs(or upgrades) in the future. Many thanks again to all the service office staff and techs for taking care of these issues for me in an very easy and timely manner. More

I must say, he was quite patient in answering my endless questions … and, never a bit pushy in any way. The entire experience was quite a pleasant one. The pricing at Malouf was good and there was room for reasonable negotiation. Even in finalizing the purchase, processing the financials and paperwork was made easy and efficiently expedited by Dino.
