Outstanding Saturday Unscheduled Service On Saturday, April 25, 2015, I managed to break the driver's side-view mirror on my new 2015 Chevrolet Impala. I was embarrassed and upset, but I call On Saturday, April 25, 2015, I managed to break the driver's side-view mirror on my new 2015 Chevrolet Impala. I was embarrassed and upset, but I called Malouf Chevrolet to see if they have Saturday service hours. They told me they were booked solid but to bring the car in ASAP because they close at 1:00 p.m. I arrived at about 10:50 a.m. and was greeted by Chris Ventriello, who was just finishing up with another customer. He came to my car out in the lot and tried for at least 10 minutes to put the pieces of the "puzzle" back together. I was prepared to pay for a new mirror, but he suggested that I have a cup of coffee in the waiting room. Chris came to get me about 35 minutes later. The car looked great, the smell of epoxy still on the mirror. "You're all set to go anywhere", he said cheerfully. When I asked how much I owed, he said "You don't owe anything." The whole experience was way above and beyond anything I had a right to expect. Chris wasn't looking for personal recognition, but I insisted. Thanks Chris and thanks Malouf Chevrolet. Service Rip-off I recently brought my 2008 Saturn Astra to Malouf for routine service. It is not easy to find mechanics who can repair a Saturn and up until now, I ha I recently brought my 2008 Saturn Astra to Malouf for routine service. It is not easy to find mechanics who can repair a Saturn and up until now, I have never had any problems. When informed of what would need repair, I agreed to the work that required immediate service. Two days later, the service department called me to say that the car was ready, except the battery would not hold a charge and needed to be replaced. I had just replaced the battery a few weeks earlier by AAA mobile service so it was still under warranty. My husband picked up the car and took it to our local AAA service station. They did several checks of the battery and charging system and found no problems at all. Since the car has been running fine since then, I can only conclude either your equipment is faulty or someone lied to us. More

From the minute you walk in, you're treated like the most important person there. There is no high pressure. I go in, pick out the car I want, tell them what I want to pay, and they work it out. I went in today, turned in my lease and got a new Equinox with NO MONEY DOWN, and a lower monthly payment than I had before! On top of that, they give anyone who buys or leases a new car FREE oil changes for as long as you have the car, and FREE tire rotations for 2 years! I can't say enough about Malouf Chevrolet! More
