Both of those were the most positive car buying experiences my husband and I have had in our 30 years of car purchasing experiences. He is so friendly, knowledgeable and trustworthy. Rich made sure that we had everything that we wanted and needed and then went the extra mile to surprise us with even more than we expected. Both times, the process was fast and hassle free and we left with the confidence that we received the best deal available. The finance department was also fast and easy, with none of the back and forth, "let me talk to the manager" tactics that make people distrust car dealerships. The service department is excellent, even though we've only had to use it for the standard oil changes and one Chevrolet recall. However, the lack of use also speaks highly of the Chevrolet quality. In fact, we were hit by other drivers on two occasions and our Chevy sustained minimal damage while both of the other cars were severely damaged. With our kids in the car frequently, we've decided that we will only drive Chevys from now on. After having visited many car dealerships and having driven many different car brands in our lives, Malouf Chevrolet, and Rich Esposito specifically, are miles ahead of the others. More
