I have been a Malouf customer since the early 1990's and have always come back.. This past Saturday before making a final decision on a new lease car, I stopped by and spoke with Jack Taormina (who I kn and have always come back.. This past Saturday before making a final decision on a new lease car, I stopped by and spoke with Jack Taormina (who I know for years) and since Jack was working with 2 other clients when I got there, he asked DwVaughn to help me answer any questions I might have and ended up walking out with a new lease on a La Crosse. I purchased a new GMC Sierra from Malouf a few months ago. I was treated very well from the moment I stepped in the door until I left with my new car. I mainly dealt with Angelo, but even the staff tha ago. I was treated very well from the moment I stepped in the door until I left with my new car. I mainly dealt with Angelo, but even the staff that was not working directly with me were very friendly and made me feel like I have know them all forever. There were a few small issues with my truck that service took care of right away and could not be happier with the way I am being treated there. After i purchased my vehicle there my father went the next week and also purchased a used GMC from Angelo and he is also a happy customer. I will return there if I ever need another GM product. More

This is by far the WORST dealership I have ever dealt with. Chris is extremely RUDE. These people do not stand by what they say. It is unfortunate that these people are in business representing GMC. DO NOT go out of your way to do business with these people you will not be satisfied and your money spends just as well somewhere else. Sales associate Dominck was friendly to deal with but unfortuanlty some of the other members of the team such as Chris brings shame to the business. I will NEVER bring my business back to them.
