That afternoon my dad I was checking out a car at a different dealer.ship. But when we showed up the car that was online was not available and the other choice they offered was not to my standard. I happen to have Malouf on my list for second dealship to check out. So I called to make sure the car I saw online would be there. I When I entered the dealer ship I was promptly greeted by the satff. His manager knew I was coming, so they had the keys ready. Michael bought the car out for me to test drive and explained all the options of the vehicles. The car was perfect and rode beautifully. When we went inside the whole purchasing experience was painless and easy. When I left I felt great. Michael (salesman) took very care of me. Did not expect to find the car I wanted in one day. I walked in to look at the GMC Acadia expecting it was out of my price range, but Chris and TJ worked hard and got my wife and I in the vehicle.
