Great Experience As I began the process of purchasing a new car, I expected to be greeted by pushy sales people. I started the call by saying " I want to come in and test drive the Encore, not ready to purchase", the gentleman on the other end DwVaughn Brown, replied with "what time". Set the appointment, did the test drive. About a week later decided to purchase the car and DwVaugh searched to find my color of choice. That afternoon my dad I was checking out a car at a different dealer.ship. But when we showed up the car that was online was not available and the other choice they offered was not to my standard. I When I entered the dealer ship I was promptly greeted by the satff. His manager knew I was coming, so they had the keys ready. Michael bought the car out for me to test drive and explained all the options of the vehicles. The car was perfect and rode beautifully. When we went inside the whole purchasing experience was painless and easy. When I left I felt great. Michael (salesman) took very care of me. Did not expect to find the car I wanted in one day.
