Exceptional Like most people the process of purchasing a car is akin to a visit to a dentist. You really don’t look forward to the process with the “HARD” sell. Like most people the process of purchasing a car is akin to a visit to a dentist. You really don’t look forward to the process with the “HARD” sell. That was not the case, at Malouf Buick. I used TrueCar and my salesman, Mike Cozzo was great. My wife and I were completely satisfied with the process. We chose to purchase the car and pick it up the next day rather than wait and take it home the same day. When we arrived the next day everything was ready. No waiting, much to my surprise we got a full tank of gas. More
