Jeff responded in a timely manner to all my calls and text messages even when he was already off the clock. If you are looking for a car and can’t get to the dealership right away. Call Jeff at Malloy and tell him what you're looking for and I believe he can help make it happen. (3) I was looking for a maintenance and extended warranty plan to complement my purchase. Justin the Business Manager explained to me what was available and provided details of each package and made a recommendation that fit into my price range. Finally, The car I purchased was a used 2019 Ford Fusion SE with 3568k miles. When I realized there was only one key Fob. I ordered a new key fob and contacted the dealership and without hesitation Neil the used car manager at Mallot Ford made arrangements to have the key fob programmed through a Malloy dealership close to my home in Alexandria, Virginia. I can say that Malloy went the extra mile to ensure I purchased a quality used car, ensured I enjoyed the buying process and was fully satisfied with my post purchase experience. More
This experience soured rather quickly. In short, I was promised a 2nd key to this truck prior to purchase and after (17) phone calls, including calls to the Manager, I’ve been ignored and lied to. The dealership states the key was mailed and yet not one employee can provide a mailing date, carrier used or tracking #. As an out of state buyer this ordeal in the end wasnt worth the hassle. The front end experience attempts to mask the back end incompetence of this dealership. My experience is unsatisfactory and Malloy wishes to simply ignore their incompetence. I’m happy to share this experience every week with social media. Thanks for nothing Malloy Ford! More

TPMS install on F-150 Brought my 2013 F-150 to them today because I installed 4 new FOMCO TPMS sensors in all 4 tires but they would not relearn following FORD procedures. Brought my 2013 F-150 to them today because I installed 4 new FOMCO TPMS sensors in all 4 tires but they would not relearn following FORD procedures. Service wanted to charge me 129.00 just to hook up thier test equipment to see what the problem could be. I mounted 4 new tires, 4 new sensors to save money......went across the block and stopped At Buettner' s tire and within 5 minutes they woke up the sensors and they were good to go. They charged me nothing. Home town Ford dealer........my butt. More
When I called to request service for my vehicle, the price quoted was hundreds of dollars different than when I brought my car in for the service, the rep was indifferent when I told her about the diffe price quoted was hundreds of dollars different than when I brought my car in for the service, the rep was indifferent when I told her about the difference in the price quoted, decided to only get the oil changed. It took almost an hour and a half to get the oil changed and when it was finally completed I made a statement about the length of time it took, again, indifferent, so at least there was consistency there. Sent a msg to Malloy and have not received a response. Will never go back. Had svc there before and it was a pleasant experience but it was disturbing that they cannot quote a simple regular service. More
