I came in this morning with a bad battery in my 2010 Ford Ranger that I purchased here a several years back. The seven year old battery finally died. My opinion is malloy ford is a unprofessional organization. I have been looking at getting a new truck. They had the truck but the truck was located at a different malloy dealership. Friday micheal and my wife set up an appointment for Sunday at 1:00 pm. That the truck would be there for a test drive. We would get an estimate on my car etc. Sunday morning micheal sent my wife an email confirming the time Sunday and for us to ask for him when we arrived. We arrived at the dealership on Sunday. Went inside and had to approach the sales counter no one greeted us. We told them were here to see micheal that we had an appointment for 1:00. Summer who acted like she woke up from a nap. Pointed us to a table left to find out what was going on. I told my wife at this point if the truck is not here. We will go. Summer came back to the table. Told us well we don't have the truck its not here. We got up left. My wife went to talk to the people at the counter. The guy behind the counter with a mouth full of chewing tobacco tells her. If you want you can wait to find out why the trucks not at the dealership. Also that micheals not at the dealership ether. The guy behind the counter told my wife it was odd that a car was scheduled to be there.They kept making it our problem. Micheal brittingham called my wife not to apologize for the mix up. He was rude telling my wife she's wrong that it was our mistake. He said he had emails saying so. Well we got an email today Sunday confirming our appointment. That he would be there. His last words was obviously I can't do anything to make it better and hung up. So my wife called to talk to a manager. He stuck up for his employee. Said if we were interested in a car talk to him. I was excited for this i have looked for several months for a truck. Finally decided life's to short. Let's take make a deal and i get this run around. I had a good experience with the service center here. Took my car in for an AC problem. The were unable to find an issue with the AC, but looked into a number of different possibilities. One star off for lack of communication, as there was no communication from dealership for two days to explain what was going on. I called in the second day and received an update. Shane, in the service department, got our car right in for service, within 24 hours of me talking to him. The issue was covered under a Ford extended warranty. I had the vehicle back within a day.
