FOR SEVERAL MONTHS I WAS IN CONTACT WITH ALICE ON PURCHASING 2 VEHICLES. AT NO TIME DID I FEEL PRESSURED TO COME IN TO PURCHASE THE VEHICLES. FINALLY I FOUND THE 2 VEHICLES AND ON 01/13/12 I WENT INT PURCHASING 2 VEHICLES. AT NO TIME DID I FEEL PRESSURED TO COME IN TO PURCHASE THE VEHICLES. FINALLY I FOUND THE 2 VEHICLES AND ON 01/13/12 I WENT INTO THE DEALERSHIP AND MET WITH ALICE & STAN. ALICE TURNED ME OVER TO STAN. STAN ASKED WHAT I WAS INTERESTED IN. I TOLD HIM THAT I SEEN A 2012 F150 ON WEBSITE I WAS INTERESTED IN. HE TOOK ME OUT TO THE TRUCK AND SHOWED ME THE TRUCK. I TOLD HIM THAT WOULD BE THE ONE I WOULD LIKE TO PURCHASE. STAN WENT IN AND GOT A TAG AND THE KEYS AND TOOK. THE TRUCK ON A TEST DRIVE. WHEN WE GOT BACK TO MALLOY FORD HE ASKED ME IF IT WAS THE TRUCK I WANTED AND COULD WE START PAPER WORK. AT NO TIME DID I FEEL OUT OF PLACE AT THE DEALER. WHILE WE WERE WAITING ON A ANSWER ME AND OTHER ASSOCIATES WOULD TALK ABOUT DIFFERENT THINGS. EVERYBODY AT MALLOY FORD DID NOT MAKE ME FEEL LIKE A CUSTOMER BUT A PART OF THE MALLOY FORD FAMILY. EVERYONE AT MALLOY FORD DIDN'T TRY TO BELITTLE ME OR MAKE FEEL LIKE I WASNT WORTH THERE TIME OR EFFORT. OUT OF THE THREE FORD DEALERS I HAVE DEALT WITH OVER THE YEARS MALLOY FORD IS FAR SUPERIOR THEN THE OTHERS. THE BEST PART ABOUT MY VISIT AT MALLOY FORD WAS THEY DIDN'T LIE TO ME. THE STAFF I DEALT WITH WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. I WILL DEFINATLY RECOMMEND MALLOY FORD TO PURCHASE A VEHICLE. THANKS TO MALLOY FORD FOR TREATING ME WITH RESPECT AND MY LOVE OF FORD. We stopped in to simply ask a question about a vehicle we had bought a few months prior & ended up test driving sevral cars while there & were given a key to a 2012 Ford Focus to take home for the weekend. had bought a few months prior & ended up test driving sevral cars while there & were given a key to a 2012 Ford Focus to take home for the weekend. Of course you walk into a dealership and everyone wants to sell you a car right? Well the people at Malloy Ford were not only very nice but could take NO for an answer as well. I went to Malloy Ford to take a look at what they had that might intrest me. Yvette showed me around and was very personable.Yvette took into consideration exactly what I was looking for in a car and my budget. She really listened about what I had to say. I ended up leaving that time with out a car, and without a hassel. I went to 4 other dealerships that day and no one treated me with the courtesy and just the kindness Yvette did. She was so personable as well as every one else there. I would definatley recommend them to anyone in search for a new or used car. Even after I bought the car she called to see if I was having any issues and to see how I liked it! I was actually having problems with one of the features in the car instead of giving me some website or a phone number her response was well bring it back up here and I will help you with it, and she did. I did not buy a car from Malloy but my experience there was great. they got me approved for the car I wanted, but in the end the car I wanted cost too much money.
