It took 4 hours from start to finish to get our vehicle. The sales respresentative was very slow and we waited over an hour to sign the paperwork. The sales representative we worked with has called us several times a day harrassing us to get additional paperwork that we were unaware of to him immediately. We were very dissatisified with the customer service and the sales representative we worked with. We will not be back to buy our next vehicle from Malloy Ford. We would not recommend them to any of our friends and family. More
