While walking through showroom to lot , I was approached by Jeff was-asked if I needed any help and I told him I wanted to see the new ford focus . He immediately took me out to the lot and showed me the focus. I had my little dog Jefferson and he made quite a hit at Malloy ford! Everybody including all salesmen were extremely polite and greeted us with openness ! Jeff asked me if I wanted to test drive the tTitamin focus , which was the top of the line when it comes to focuses. My first response was no just looking and then Jeff said I could take Jefferson and he would drive the car. The test drive proved to me what a great little car ! Jeff then offered to let me take the car home and drive it and show it to my family! Wow! Inall the years I have been driving I have never been so welcomed and treated like a princess at a Ford dealership! Thank you to all the people that helped me make up my mind and purchase my focus ! I love my car and can't wait to come back to Malloy ford and see all my new friends ! I would definitely recommend this dealership to all my friends and love ones! Thank you Jeff for all your help and advice ! More
My wife and I found our salesperson, Pete Killion, to be most helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, and informative. We visited with him at the dealership on several occasions, and he even took a test ride wit most helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, and informative. We visited with him at the dealership on several occasions, and he even took a test ride with us in a new Fusion, which is the model we purchased. To date, we are very satisfied with our purchase, and our new car is running great. On our first long, straight and flat highway trip, keeping the speed around 60 MPH and not stopping, we averaged 40 MPH, which certainly pleased us! I highly recommend this Ford products and this dealership! More

Very friendly people! I bought a pre-owned Taurus that I absolutely love and paid a fair price for it. On the day I picked it Up, they stayed with me after closing to finish my paperwork also. I was almost positive that I had found a new car to replace the vehicle I'd been driving for years (was looking for better fuel efficiency as a commuter). I was convinced to at least sit in different replace the vehicle I'd been driving for years (was looking for better fuel efficiency as a commuter). I was convinced to at least sit in different make/models before signing on the car that i'd chosen to make sure there wasn't a better fit. Sales rep. Steve Whittington greeted me, and listened to the criteria i was shopping with. Steve took me directly to a used vehicle that was EXACTLY what I was looking for. Steve carried a dealer tag out to the vehicle - and because Malloy Ford keeps the keys with the car I didn't have to stand there and wait to see the interior for the sales rep to go back into the building as is common practice at most other dealerships. After a positive test drive we started talking about the numbers and I was able to get the car financed into my price range at a competitive interest rate. The loan officer even went a step further, called me the next day and informed me that they were able to get an even lower interest rate than the one I'd already signed for the day prior. I noticed that a lot of dealers will try to persuade the customer to purchase a newer car (at higher cost) as opposed to what they actually need/want/ask for - NOT the case at Malloy Ford. Steve listened to what I wanted and what I was willing to pay and found a solid match. More
My last visit I had with Ford went well, which is why I came back this time. However, my experience this time was awful. I came in to get a state inspection, oil change, and I heard a clicking sound in m came back this time. However, my experience this time was awful. I came in to get a state inspection, oil change, and I heard a clicking sound in my RR tire, I also mentioned a chirping sound coming from the engine. I dropped it off around 8:00am and received a call back around lunch time. Chuck explained that the rear emergency brake was the cause of the clicking and it would be $230 to fix, for my state inspection the brake pads needed to be replaced $150 for each axle, my brake fluid "looked" dirty and it would be $150 to replace, and lastly the chirping sound was from a tensioner and serpentine belt $320 to fix, also the oil change was 50 bucks, and there was a diagnosis fee of 50 bucks for each thing I mentioned. Now my problem in cost lies with the fact of understanding why I am paying for the same labor 3 times over. In order to fix the emergency brakes they already would have had to take off the wheel and take apart the brake shoes to fix the E-brake. To slap in some new pads while the rear tires are already off takes maybe 5minutes and another 5min to push the piston back in(if not already done while doing the E-brake. For the front 150 is on par with other places. However 150 for a brake fluid flush? That’s removing 1 bolt per side and refilling the reservoir tank and pumping the brake pedal a few times. I am not ok with that. At this point I realized I was getting the business and told them to drop it and back it out. I picked up the truck that evening and paid ~150 for the oil change and diagnosing fees. On the way home I noticed my air light starting to blink I read in the manual that if this happens and a spare tire is not in use to take it to a dealership. Two days later that what I did. Again I dealt with Chuck; he said they would check it out it was probably just low air pressure. Ok fine I didn’t believe that but I trusted they would do a good job. A few hours later he called and said they fixed it and that it was just the air pressure. I went back over and started it up and the light was still flashing! They drove it back in, I waited for 20 minutes until another mechanic came over and started redetection of the sensors. I asked chuck how often they usually see these things go bad and he told me he doesn't they are usually damaged. The mechanic find that the RR tire pressure sensor is no longer operable. Hmmm same tire that I had a clicking sound and the one you had to take off in order to diagnosis coincidence? I think not and told him this. Chuck responded that it would be $100 to fix, and went on to accuse me that I had just put on new tires within the last two days and that someone else was responsible. They were the same tires I came in with if I had needed new tires im sure that they would have caught that in the inspection. After I explained that Ford was the only one to touch in the 3 days from my first visit to when i brought it in for the tire pressure gauge was them. He kindly said he would back it out for me and that I could be on my way. So I left and I recommend nobody going here, unless you have more money you don't know what to do with and don't mind paying for the same labor 3 times. More

Our total experience with Malloy Ford was excellent. Our salesman, Billy Albright, was very personable and helpful and most of all, had a wonderful sense of humor. Our finance officer, Dan (can't remember salesman, Billy Albright, was very personable and helpful and most of all, had a wonderful sense of humor. Our finance officer, Dan (can't remember his last name) was also wonderful to deal with. Jamie (can't remember his last name - but person in charge) was very helpful and worked with us to obtain the best price for the truck that we purchased. Our purchase of a new truck was much different than what we have experienced in the past. We would definitely return to this dealer if the time would come to trade or purchase another vehicle....and we have already recommended Malloy Ford to others. More
