Went to Malloy ford to have my tire fixed on my 2011 ford escape . While waiting on tire to be fixed decided to look at focus hatchbacks. While walking through showroom to lot , I was approached by Jeff was-asked if I needed any help and I told him I wanted to see the new ford focus . He immediately took me out to the lot and showed me the focus. I had my little dog Jefferson and he made quite a hit at Malloy ford! Everybody including all salesmen were extremely polite and greeted us with openness ! Jeff asked me if I wanted to test drive the tTitamin focus , which was the top of the line when it comes to focuses. My first response was no just looking and then Jeff said I could take Jefferson and he would drive the car. The test drive proved to me what a great little car ! Jeff then offered to let me take the car home and drive it and show it to my family! Wow! Inall the years I have been driving I have never been so welcomed and treated like a princess at a Ford dealership! Thank you to all the people that helped me make up my mind and purchase my focus ! My wife and I found our salesperson, Pete Killion, to be most helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, and informative. We visited with him at the dealership on several occasions, and he even took a test ride wit most helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, and informative. To date, we are very satisfied with our purchase, and our new car is running great. On our first long, straight and flat highway trip, keeping the speed around 60 MPH and not stopping, we averaged 40 MPH, which certainly pleased us!
