ford 500 service I brought my Ford 500 in for a clicking noise. I was told by chuck I needed a new engine. The cost was over 6k. After much thought and suggestions fro I brought my Ford 500 in for a clicking noise. I was told by chuck I needed a new engine. The cost was over 6k. After much thought and suggestions from Chuck, we had a new engine put in. When I went to pick it up the wrench light came on. Returned to Ford and Chuck tells us it is the transmission, which we had never had problems with before. Long story short, the car remained in the shop for another month. After dealing with Chuck's rudeness, and attitude, we finally talked to Wade who was very helpful and made the last repair good. They covered all expense on the transmission issue, which we were very pleased about. On our way home the light came back on, and of course when they test drove it nothing happened. Wade advised us to continue running it and that they would keep in touch with us on the problem. Wade was very nice and helpful, the mechanics were also very good to work with, however Chuck was a different story. Because of his rude behavior and poor advise to us, we had decided not to ever purchase a vehicle from Malloy in Winchester. After working with Wade and other employees, we may consider future dealings with Malloy, however we will wait and see what kind of service we continue to get there since we own all Ford vehicles from Malloy. My advise to anyone needing sevice is to deal with anyone but Chuck in service area. More

Ok, the wait may be a little long 2 hours... but they are super and efficient. It was well worth the wait for my Betsy. Cant believe they fixed a problem I had for such a long time that other service dealers couldn't fix, in NJ!!. If you got a FORD either old or new....go here!!!!!!! I have bought 3 vehicles from Malloy within 6 months went Saturday to buy another and trade the one I bought 2 months ago. I paid these idiots $28000 for a Yukon two months ago an yesterday they say its only Saturday to buy another and trade the one I bought 2 months ago. I paid these idiots $28000 for a Yukon two months ago an yesterday they say its only worth $21500. Biggest bunch of crooks I've dealt with and apparently they don't care about customer loyalty. I have contacted the dealer board and my attorney on the problems I've had with these vehicles not be road worthy but yet there half xxx dealership service station had a brand new inspection on it!! Beware of Malloy Ford and there false advertisements!!!!! More
i went to Malloy ford to cosign for my daughter to buy a car but Malloy Ford made me become the primary owner & not a cosigner and didn't tell me that i found when the leaner sent me the loan info. that i d car but Malloy Ford made me become the primary owner & not a cosigner and didn't tell me that i found when the leaner sent me the loan info. that i didn't apply for&billed me for a car i don't have .then Malloy Ford didn't want to help me resolve this problem they even put the tags in my name so now i even get to pay personal property taxs on a car that i'm supost to be just cosigning for THANK alot Malloy Ford i sure thought ya'll was a better dealer than that . In the last nsix months i bought a 2012 Mustang GT & a 2012 F-150 super crew cab from them .I referred my daughter who lives two hours from them the buy there that's worst advice i ever give to her so they have lost a good custumer that's for sure More

This dealer is convenient to my home and I get a 5% cash allowance on future purchases in service. Previously having an Expedition and now a Lincoln I have used Malloy for the past 4 years, after moving her allowance on future purchases in service. Previously having an Expedition and now a Lincoln I have used Malloy for the past 4 years, after moving here from Florida. My most recent visit involved getting my sync system up to date so I could sign up for a program with my insurance company for a discount on my ins. premium. It took several visits and many calls directly to Ford and the issue was never resolved, but that was not the fault of Malloy. They worked with Sync and Ford techs, none of whom could figure out why, and assumed this feature is not on my car. However, during the entire ordeal Chuck was profesional, kept me in the loop, was patient when I was not, kind and spent a lot of time trying to get this worked out. As I said I have been to them for all my service over the past 4 years and if I don't have a ride or the weather is not nice enough for me to walk, they always provide a ride to/from my home so I don't have to wait. I have always been satisified with the level of service received and prices are comparable to any other mechanic in the area. More

Malloy looks like a big dealership and most people probibly think that there high pressure and that is not the case, the country giant does make deals, if you don't believe me start looking at new and used fords in the area and I guarantee you will see more Malloy stickers than any other! Go see Steve Whittington, he will be more than happy to assist you with anything you need! More
