Outstanding Customer Service I was looking into buying an Expedition last week. I happened to chat with a very nice lady named Alice Rohman. She provided me with information on th I was looking into buying an Expedition last week. I happened to chat with a very nice lady named Alice Rohman. She provided me with information on the vehicles they had available at the time and they so happened to have a 2010 Expedition. Within the same day, I was approved for a loan. Two days later, I met with Mike Ansbro at Malloy Ford who was also extremely helpful. He was patient enough to show me how everything worked. We took the vehicle for a test drive and I fell in love with it so he helped me with the buying process. I got to say that I was very nervous at first, but once Alice came to introduce herself in person, I felt much comfortable because they showed that they cared about me finding the right vehicle that could fit my needs. They even provided us with coffee while we waited for them to do the paperwork. Everything was so much easier than I thought. Within 2 hours of being there, I drove away with my newly purchased vehicle. I would definitely recommend Malloy Ford for their outstanding customer service More

Great experience I was looking for a newer Mustang and not really sure where to start i asked around and i heard the same stereotype a lot that the dealerships in the I was looking for a newer Mustang and not really sure where to start i asked around and i heard the same stereotype a lot that the dealerships in the city will give you a better price than local dealers in my area well I decided to check Malloy Ford out instead of traveling 50+ miles to the so called bargain dealerships in the city and to my pleasant surprise I found the car I was looking for after the test drive I started looking at my financing options thru Malloy Ford the sales team really helped me out they got me the payments I wanted and even better they cut my down payment almost in half and the entire time there was absolutely no pressure I was told more than once that if I was not happy with any thing I could back out of the deal at any time of the process well I did get my car a 2013 Mustang and i could not be any happier the reason I think the sales team at Malloy Ford is so great is because they are not a big city dealer where let's face it you the customer do not really matter you are just a drop in the bucket At Malloy Ford of Winchester every sale every customer matters I would highly recommend Malloy Ford More

Shady service I worked with Pete a service manager. Took my car in to get an 80k and get the front driver side strut examined. I was told the sway bar needed replac I worked with Pete a service manager. Took my car in to get an 80k and get the front driver side strut examined. I was told the sway bar needed replaced and that when they drove it on the road my car hit a bump and made a "horrible noise." my car has never done this. After telling him that my brother in law is a mechanic and has already looked at my car and showed me that the sway bar is fine and that the strut needed replaced, his tune changed and they replaced the strut. Over the course of the three day repair time not once did he call me like he said. He said he did but I've taken 2 mustangs to Malloy Ford since 2011, and my cell number hasnt changed. I had to call multiple times to check on my car and when I asked for an estimated completion time one was'nt given. also I noticed this is the only time I was'nt given a satisfaction card to review my experience. My experience is usually good but this time was horrible due to manipulation and profit games. i would not recommend this place. More

I just purchased a new 2015 Fiesta and the experience was wonderful. I got a GREAT deal and will go back for my next purchase once again. Also, there service department is top rate. They have been servicing my daughter's Focus which I purchased from a different dealer. Mallory Ford has yet to let me down. More

Poor Service Department I have had my 2014 Ford Edge for 3 months which still had factory warranty and I purchased the extended warranty. I took my car in and was told by Ric I have had my 2014 Ford Edge for 3 months which still had factory warranty and I purchased the extended warranty. I took my car in and was told by Richard in the service department when I made the appointment that it was warranty work. The front sensor was not working. Richard called to say there was a $300 charge as the front sensor was misaligned (it was like that when I purchased the car) and not damaged so he charged me. Why did they not call before performing such expensive work? I would never have authorized it as the dealer where I purchased the car says it should have been done free! I am EXTREMELY upset and will not use this dealership for anything again! More
