Charged me unnecessarily. My car stalled and gave me a dash warning. I took it in and ask if there were any recalls due on my car. I was told they would contact me if so. They charged me $100 for diagnostics and told me my car needed a $950 cooling fan repair. Turns out I did have a recall on a cooling pump which was bad and caused my problem and that was all I needed to have done. I am angry they charged me $100 dollars for the 'diagnostic' but am so glad I didn't let them get me for the $950 unnecessary fan change. I called the service manger to complain and get my $100 back for the diagnosis that was not needed but they wouldn't do anything and wouldn't answer my calls. I have heard bad things about their service from others. I will not ever go back there. More

He was so attentive and really listened to what I wanted. After making my decision on which car to buy, I had the pleasure of negotiating with Patrick Bryant. They really did treat me fairly. And Adam Sees wrapped the deal in the finance office. These guys really work well as a team. I have to say, this was THE BEST car buying experience I've had. THANKS MALLOY FORD!!! More

Needs customer service training There's a long term employee who always looks like she's pissed at the world and hates her job. She has a matching attitude to go with it and she's worse to her fellow coworkers telling them to use their mean voices while paging into the garage. So forth and so on I could go on all day. No smiles no acknowledgements when you walk up to the desk, but that goes for all the customer service staff in service. Walk in for an oil change and inspection just after 1pm only to be told they're tired of inspections and they refused to do the inspection, theres 3 people in the waiting room and 2 who previously dropped off their car and left, thats ok I'll get it somewhere else, you lost a sale. After the oil change my car sat ready for 20 min, I had to go up and tell them and point to my car, didnt get the usual report or papperwork that goes with it and the fluids weren't topped off they also replaced a plug without notification and charged me for it. On a previous visit there was inappropriate conversation in front of me while I was checking out a about sex toy party, I work in the health care field and I didn't think I could get embarrassed by conversations but I was wrong. They were even showing each other pictures on their phones about it. Ford corporate needs to seriously mandate high customer service to be performed in all their shops.
