Poor workmanship I was having a problem with the vehicle starting, it had to be towed to the dealership. I explained this to the service writer and made it clear that I was having a problem with the vehicle starting, it had to be towed to the dealership. I explained this to the service writer and made it clear that this was an ongoing problem even though it would occasionally start right up. The problem was not taken care of, instead they proceeded to make a list of other things that needed to be replaced or repaired (money makers) that had no bearing on the problem. I received a call that the problem had been found and my bill was ready for pickup. The next day it wouldn't start. When it finally started I took it back where the vehicle sat for 2 days. On the 3rd day I gave up and went to the dealership to retrieve it. I found it unlocked with grease on the carpet. Poor customer service. More

Very Unsatisfied, Service Department I came into your service department on Friday April 5, 2019. I had purchased a cv axle for my 2013 exlorer from ford parts due to the one that was on I came into your service department on Friday April 5, 2019. I had purchased a cv axle for my 2013 exlorer from ford parts due to the one that was on the car was throwing grease due to a broken boot on the shaft. When i was out at the home depot, i noticed grease all over the wheel. Beings I was right down the road, I decided to take it to your dealership as to maybe they could take a look at it. After a short wait, they brought it in and was advised by the service manager it appeared as if the boot on the new cv joint was pinched during install by me. I advised him that I don't know how it could of been pinched because I removed the strut assembly prior to install and I can't see where it could of been pinched. As always, he stood by his decision. Cost me another 364.00 for a part that I strongly feel was damaged. After I drove home, I took pictures of the box that the axle arrived in and needless to say, it looks like it's been through a war. Im glad i kept the box and I took pictures of it. I will take it up with ford parts. 2 weeks ago, i was there for a service on my car. Was suppose to get an oil change and tire rotation in which i purchased the tires from your dealership as well. The back pass side wheel had the center cap removed due that I ordered new ones because they were cracked and had to measure it to get the correct ones. They also performed some safety point inspection on my car. Anyway, service was complete and I left. Stopping on the way home for fuel, I noticed the rear wheel still had the center cap missing, If the tires were rotated, the wheel with the missing cap should be on the front. I said to myself, wow they didn't do as they said they did. After going home, I decided to just rotate the tires myself due to being aggravated that your dealership didn't do it. After taking off my front driver side wheel, noticed grease all over the place that came from the original defective cv axle boot. Said to myself again, well geez if they rotated the tires and did a safety check of my car, why was it that they didn't see it ? They didn't see it due that they didn't do the work they charged me for. After leaving their today, when paying my bill, I told the girl at the counter, this is the last time you will ever see me in this dealership. I will NEVER go there for anything nor will I EVER recommend them to anyone I know but will make sure everyone I know will hear this story. At this point, I wouldn't buy a flat tire from your dealership. More

Fast and friendly sales and service beginning to end I went in to find out leading a vehicle versus buying. My sales rep Faith Kuglar was pleasant and if she didn't have an answer , she found one. We went through the options. It was almost like an assembly line. Then Chris Caputo customer service went through other services with us. Joe the finance manager was very helpful and Adam also was very helpful doing all of our paperwork and explaining customer care and maintenance care. The manager there is terrific. I was in and out in a new vehicle the same night. Way to go team Malloy More
