OUTER SPACE TROUBLESHOOTING the worst dealership i've been, EVER.! they went in a totally puzzling direction from what the symtoms were and never even explored the likely hood th the worst dealership i've been, EVER.! they went in a totally puzzling direction from what the symtoms were and never even explored the likely hood that it might be an ignition problem( which is exactly what it ended up being) and recommended some repair options up to and including replacing the engine. in reality, they new i was from out of town, stranded, and tried to funnel me into another vehicle. that lovely experience cost me a $100. i got in my truck and drove 1200 miles to my home, brought it to my local FORD dealership where they diagnosed the problem as an ignition problem in about 30 minutes. imagine, i didn't even have to replace the engine!! More
