I brought in a 2007 f. 150 in with engine ticking and poor performance. Frank racut was the one i dealt with. They diagnosed and fixed the problem. They took extra time to make sure it was correct. Management is lazy. Screwed up my life. I had an audi in 2015 to 2017 until somebody blew a stop sign and wrecked it.... for the longest time to me (a year and a half) I was finally ready I had an audi in 2015 to 2017 until somebody blew a stop sign and wrecked it.... for the longest time to me (a year and a half) I was finally ready to buy another....only this time I upgraded from an A4 to an S4...manual transmission.....this was back in may (remember me yet guys? if not then soon you will because I wont be stopping at this review) I actually found the same model for a couple grand cheaper at another dealer...but since I was there I test drove it fell in love and they knew it.... the drive home was unbelievable...I was back in my favorite ride of them all....then about a month and a half went by.... The first problem I noticed leaving the car wash...I hit the wipers to clear the excess water and....the wipers just clicked... This is a SERIOUS safety hazard because if it rains heavy...I'm stuck wherever I'm at until it stops... Contacted Malloy and got the runaround talking about "ok let me see if its covered"...i believe it was lisa i was talking to.... No call back that day...even gave a few days to get a call back...the call was never returned... Sent an email simply stating..."so not even a word about these faulty wipers.....ok"....still no calls...no emails returned... about a month and a half later...JUST over the 3000 mile warranty....the stick started getting harder and harder to shift....at that point i KNEW i was screwed....and NOW i cant go into reverse or first gear without shutting off the engine first.... I took it to get diagnosed and i was told i have a leaking slave cylinder and shortly after that my clutch stays on the floor....so now it's my master AND my slave cylinder that's gone.... i went and bought the parts (STILL paying for them now) got my clutch back but still it's hard to get into gear.... Just yesterday I went outside to run the car because it's been sitting for a while....and now the car even sounds different.....you can hear the exhaust coming from THE BOTTOM of the car and not the back.... So it seems like I'm going to have to put in a new clutch...new wipers...and fix the exhaust...AND pay the car note.... I am TOTALLY convinced that I was sold a lemon and now I have to go through the daunting task of looking into VA lemon laws and possibly hire some sort of representation.... The crazy thing is that I STILL love this car!!! But it's to the point where I'd be an absolute idiot to try and hold on to it!!! I should have know when I first contacted them about a missing...8 dollar sunvisor clip that was missing....never hit me back about that but it was so petty and cheap I just let it slide.... Anyway.. I will soon begin to document this nightmare on my Instagram @omojoda.....and possibly even do a full on YouTube doc about the rest of my journey... If i cant thank Malloy for anything...its for the lesson learned,but nothing further than that.... Dear Lisa...I'll copy and paste this review of my ongoing experience, and CC it to your email....I dont expect a reply from you or anyone from Malloy so dont even worry about it for now.... anytime I'll be seeing you guys just might be too soon.
