We appreciate you taking the time to bring this to our attention as customer service is something we value very highly at Malloy and it sounds like we, mostly, missed the mark. It is very kind, and fair, of you to take a moment to recognize David's excellent customer service and sales prowess - it sounds like David was the bright spot in an otherwise frustrating experience. We would like to reassure you that we certainly would never condone any sort of unethical business practice, such as selling a car or truck we know has existing issues.
