Nice People The salesmen went out of their way to find what I wanted. They even gave me a vehicle to drive for an evening to see if it was what we wanted. Now The salesmen went out of their way to find what I wanted. They even gave me a vehicle to drive for an evening to see if it was what we wanted. Now, the downside. I used the DAV 'X' plan to purchase the vehicle. I wanted to also use my Military Appreciation rebate ($500.00). I was initially told my service (USCG) was not part of the program. After an education of what the CG was I was allowed to apply for the rebate program and was granted the rebate only to be told I could not use it. After spending 29 years in the military with four tours in a hostile area I didn't think it was right that Ford offered the rebate and then said I couldn't use it. ? Anyway, the dealer did give me an additional amount for my trade that made up for the rebate, but that is beside the point. All in all, I did get a really nice vehicle. Thanks More

Great deal for truck, terrible service on lemon Purchased a used 2017 Cummins from them, within 5 days it started throwing codes for the DPF system. Told me to bring it in and drop it off, it sat there until closing for them to call me and tell me they cant touch it because its a dodge. Said they would arrange to have Safford look at it (2 weeks go by and never heard anything.) I decided to stop by Safford, they said they never heard anything from Malloy. Aftermarket Alpha warranty doesnt work either. Stuck with $140 diag fee from Safford and a quote for $1k to repair the DPF system. Malloy refused to pay for the parts, even after i found the original owner and found out the issue existed when they traded it in. So Malloy doesnt properly look over used trade ins either. On a trip 3 hours away the truck started counting down to the 5mph limit, i called Malloy and let them know if it stops its being towed 3hrs directly to them and bill directly to them. They panic'd and said to take it to a dealer close to my location and have them call, they would cover the repair. Unfortunately the local dealers closed within 15 minutes of that call so there was nothing i could do on that. I called them back, told them i was going to try and get it back in town due to closed shops, they said to just take it to Safford, have them call Dan in service and they would get everything taken care of. Dropped at Safford, they call me a few hours later and inform me that Malloy just keeps telling them that they will call them back, and never got approval, finally by end of day, they called and said they never approved to do any work. In the end, they finally offered to pay 50% of the repair, which to me still was not right so i refused. I luckily made a split downpayment, $1400 on my Discover, Discover was on my side with all the documentation that happened. Instead of Malloy paying $1k for the repair in the beginning, they were forced to give me the $1400 back. All in all, the sales staff are very nice, will bend through loops to try and get you what you want. David Nodine, my salesman, was very nice throughout the entire ordeal of getting the truck and having the issues with it. Would highly recommend talking to him if you go here. Would avoid anything that is not Ford if possible, due to them not being willing to work on anything not Ford (if there is an issue) Shame that a horrible dealer has been purchasing all the dealer chains in Winchester, when they have the monopoly, they think they can get away with stuff like this. Not to mention the used car manager basically told me to suck it, if they didnt see the issue when they checked the trade-in in, then it didnt exist. More
