When I called to request service for my vehicle, the price quoted was hundreds of dollars different than when I brought my car in for the service, the rep was indifferent when I told her about the diffe price quoted was hundreds of dollars different than when I brought my car in for the service, the rep was indifferent when I told her about the difference in the price quoted, decided to only get the oil changed. It took almost an hour and a half to get the oil changed and when it was finally completed I made a statement about the length of time it took, again, indifferent, so at least there was consistency there. Sent a msg to Malloy and have not received a response. Will never go back. Had svc there before and it was a pleasant experience but it was disturbing that they cannot quote a simple regular service. More
No one following Covid-19 protocol. Though the state guidelines are clearly posted, they are not enforced for the customer or the employees. Only one of several employee was seen wearing Though the state guidelines are clearly posted, they are not enforced for the customer or the employees. Only one of several employee was seen wearing a mask and that was at his chin. No mouth or nose covered. Half the customers were not wearing any mask and two of them were coughing a lot. Wearing a mask shows respect for others but everyone has to do it to be effective. I will be watching myself for the next few weeks for symptoms due to this experience. I will not go back to this dealership until this Covid-19 pandemic is over. More

Was a pleasant experience and probably about as quick as you can expect. I had myself pumped up to get the same old dealership experience with the mindset I was going to go in and end up sitting for hours, you can expect. I had myself pumped up to get the same old dealership experience with the mindset I was going to go in and end up sitting for hours, hungry, thirsty and ready to sign my soul to just get out of there but we discussed realistic monthly payment expectations as well as my trade values expectation. They worked the numbers and we agreed on a range that they hit and was even able to get the full works service package into the deal. Everyone was friendly and good people to work with. More

New Experience With Home Delivery I took advantage of a new level of service offered by Malloy recently. I was able to select the vehicle I wanted online (lots of information and phot I took advantage of a new level of service offered by Malloy recently. I was able to select the vehicle I wanted online (lots of information and photos on the website) and negotiate the deal via email and phone with Curtis. Once the deal was complete Brandon delivered the vehicle to my home and we inspected it and he picked up my trade (all while wearing masks and gloves of course). I was very pleased with the process and the truck is exactly what I was looking for. More
