When I called to request service for my vehicle, the price quoted was hundreds of dollars different than when I brought my car in for the service, the rep was indifferent when I told her about the diffe price quoted was hundreds of dollars different than when I brought my car in for the service, the rep was indifferent when I told her about the difference in the price quoted, decided to only get the oil changed. It took almost an hour and a half to get the oil changed and when it was finally completed I made a statement about the length of time it took, again, indifferent, so at least there was consistency there. Sent a msg to Malloy and have not received a response. Will never go back. Had svc there before and it was a pleasant experience but it was disturbing that they cannot quote a simple regular service. More

No one following Covid-19 protocol. Though the state guidelines are clearly posted, they are not enforced for the customer or the employees. Only one of several employee was seen wearing a mask and that was at his chin. No mouth or nose covered. Half the customers were not wearing any mask and two of them were coughing a lot. Wearing a mask shows respect for others but everyone has to do it to be effective. I will be watching myself for the next few weeks for symptoms due to this experience. I will not go back to this dealership until this Covid-19 pandemic is over. More

I had myself pumped up to get the same old dealership experience with the mindset I was going to go in and end up sitting for hours, you can expect.
