Could be the worst car service experience I’ve had. Not once did he asked what was wrong with the car, nor care to get out of his seat and take literally three steps from his service counter to the car to see that there are three warning lights on the dashboard. He didn’t even care to look into the car history to see that I’ve brought this car in three times prior for engine issues (within a span of two months). For one of those times, the shop held the car for nearly a month to work on the problem. If he did, he would know that the engine on this car suddenly shut down while I am on the highway…multiple times. The car is also under recall. Mr. Stein could careless that I put my life and the lives of others at risk every time I am in this car that his company built. This is a SAFETY issue. Even after I shared my concerns, Mr. Stein expressed that these are not his problems. “These are the car problems.” He was not listening. These days, I don’t expect great customer services, but I do expect people to do their job especially when the customers are paying for their services. The first thing that Mr. Stein said was that he can’t work on the car until next week. And that was all he cared about. I get it. Too many car service requests, not enough technicians, etc. I also didn’t make an appointment. I can understand that. But when you are driving and don’t feel safe and you have three warning lights on, you bring the car in as soon as you can to get some advice. I didn’t get any advice. I live 30+ miles away and I ask for a ride back to my home, and he said that they only give rides within 5-mile distance and refused to offer any assistance. Essentially, the car being under recall is my problem. Apparently, Mr. Stein and Ford have no responsibility in how that impacts their customers’ daily life and work. Nevermind the fact that I bought the car new at this location just two years ago and it should still be under warranty. As a large company, I’d expect you to take responsibility for your mishaps and assist your customers who you have negatively impacted. The least you can do is get an uber so that you customer can get back home! Mr. Stein did not give me his name but handed me a card, which I presume to be his name. But you will know if you run into him at Jerry’s Ford. I won’t forget. More

Customer service is beyond horrid I'm not sure how these guys are still in business. Shady and predatory business folks at this place, they may as well be a payday loan center. The staff there are very unsophisticated and incompetent. They thrive off a certain demographic for sales, ignorant unaware types of people. If you are the type that just cares about your monthly payment and do not care how they get to that number and you sign, your their person. Once you start to ask questions, the lies and deception are endless. They are nasty people. WATCH OUT! More

I’ve called over 25 times, and left over 5 messages, multiple emails, and instant messages to the website. I’m sure if I told them I was calling to buy a new car, they’d hound me until I blocked them. Please don’t buy a car here, it’s not worth it. Find another Ford dealer that understands the importance of answering emails, returning calls, etc . More
Bad experience I purchased a 2015 ford transit connection 03/03/2019 my appointment was at 11:00 am it was 4:30 and I was still not done I have filled out the credit I purchased a 2015 ford transit connection 03/03/2019 my appointment was at 11:00 am it was 4:30 and I was still not done I have filled out the credit application ahead to cut the waiting time I live 20 miles away I live in Maryland and I have to register my car in Marylantime took the van on 03/08/2019 to get inspected and didn't past the inspection, I called the dealer to tell them what happened and the sale manager didn't want to take my call so I called victor I have clearly ask victor Villalobos what would happen if the vehicle didn't past the inspection and he said bring it in and we fixed I brought the car to get it fixed and the manager Ankush Sherman said that there's not that they can do about it and didn't know why I was told to bring the van in for repairs I would not recommend anyone to do business with this dealership Salesperson: Sebastian poor service Ankush Sherman poor management Victor Villalobos poor customer service Stay away from this dealer More
Lacking professionalism Disappointed is an understatement. I will not do business with Jerry's again and I would highly advise others against it. I purchased my vehicle on 9 July and did not receive tags until mid November despite providing all the required documentation in a timely manner. Not only was the process incredibly slow, but there was a complete lack of professionalism. I made every effort to work with the tag and title representative, her manager, the general manager, and the president. The general manager told me he would no longer be dealing with me and the owner assured me he would work everything out and get back to me but never did and subsequently ignored all my efforts to contact him. I filed a complaint with the Virginia Motor Vehicle Dealer Board and finally got my tags and registration, but it is sad that I had to resort to this for a service I paid the dealership for. More

He straight up got mad, said no, and hung up. More
