I was very displeased with the customer service at Malloy Ford while trying to purchase a used car. The sales representative that I spoke could hardly answer any of my questions and gave wrong answers at tim Ford while trying to purchase a used car. When I asked for pricing they added things that I never mentioned I guess hoping that I would just not notice rather than asking me about it beforehand. They were very reluctant to agree to let me get the car inspected claiming that they already did and I should just blindly trust them. The most frustrating and disturbing part of the experience was that I told them I had to leave soon but they said that they could give me the financing information to look over before I came back if I would just give them my financial info. They asked a lot of personal and what I think are unnecessary questions in this form that I was told were all required if I wanted to see the financing info. Once I gave them all my information they decided that they did not want to show me any financing information. When I asked why not they insulted me and refused to make eye contact with me anymore. I think they were concerned that I would take the prices to another dealership are only a couple of that same car for sale within 500 miles. Regardless it is no way to treat another customer who was just interested in buying your vehicle and had to leave before they could make a decision. When I was supposed to go back and talk to a different sales rep a couple days later the vehicle had sold before my appointment and they did not tell me. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. More

We are so disappointed with this dealership, and how they treated my husband and I. They have forgotten it is about customer service. They were very rude and use high-pressure tactics, and because we didn't accept what they were offering us they said they were doing a favor. We felt humiliated and discriminated, they had the audacity to say they were doing a favor for us, but we were doing a business it's not a favor specially when money and your name is involved, favor you do for a family not for a customer who already bought a $77,000 truck from then a week ago. I would never recommend Malloy Ford Alexandria for anyone. More
Awful awful dealership. Bought a car here that failed an out of state inspection and I had to fight them to cover the cost of repairs. Even then, when getting it reinspected it still failed with questions on if the original issue was even addressed and I ended up having to pay for the repairs out of pocket. I've only had the vehicle a month and it's already in the shop for another set of expensive repairs. If I'm paying almost 30k for a car, I expect it to be drive-able for at least a few months before having to pay for major repairs. I've had it less than a month and its already cost me 1000+ dollars. Do not buy a used car from these people, especially Rodrigo and the General manager (who threatened to take legal action against me if I didn't go through with the deal when I originally voiced my concerns over the failed inspection - that's some premium customer service right?), they will lie to your face and then refuse to help when confronted about it. I REPEAT, DO NOT BUY USED CARS FROM THEM, THEY WILL SCREW YOU. More

Bought a vehicle from out of state and experience couldn’t have been better. Stas provided regular updates and handled the virtual transaction as quickly and professionally as I could have possibly couldn’t have been better. Horrible service and engagement with buyer. GM is I reachable when called, his voicemail box is full and he is out of the office 90% of the time I be attempted to reach him. I have expressed a refund since this car is obviously a lemon and they have not listened, they continue to claim to fix the issue and provide a safe a reliable vehicle, which has not happens in over 2 weeks. Do not purchase your car here, again service is horrible and any details about the vehicle it’s known by the seller. Poorly managed dealership More
