Do not buy anything From Malloy Ford of Alexandria. I'm 63, and they railroaded me into a bad deal. I went to the dealership the next day, and they laughed at me for my buyer's remorse, even the Genera I'm 63, and they railroaded me into a bad deal. Very bad experience with this dealership. We bought a used car for $7000 and the car didn’t pass from the inspection they said they will fix it and sell it. The next day there was a problem when we called them they didn’t respond us. Today our car didn’t start and we called and they didn’t respond again. We went there and said take this broken car and give our money back. They wanted to sell us very old car with a high mileage and we didn’t accept. We asked our money. They said they can take the car and they will pay me $2000. We didn’t accept because we paid to them $7000. Never buy a car from them. They are so rude and not helpful. More
DO NOT ORDER FROM MALLOY FORD! ! I ordered a new maverick and tracked it for months via ford's online tracker. Once I received a vin we sold one of our vehicles and have our other ! Once I received a vin we sold one of our vehicles and have our other up for sale since the maverick was going to replace them both. My maverick came in and Andrew the SM there said he wanted 7500 over msrp now even though I ordered it and the salesman said it was msrp and nothing to worry about. The next day after it arrived the GM Daniel called me and said they had actually sold my maverick to someone else who was paying over msrp. Unbelievable. We have money, time, and plans invested in the purchase for months and were basically told they had already sold our maverick before it came in, oops. Ford customer service is a joke. If you think this can't happen to you then you are mistaken. We have a 22 Bronco in our garage so obviously loyalty to Ford brand doesn't matter and this dealer could care less about you. More
I was very displeased with the customer service at Malloy Ford while trying to purchase a used car. The sales representative that I spoke could hardly answer any of my questions and gave wrong answers at tim Ford while trying to purchase a used car. The sales representative that I spoke could hardly answer any of my questions and gave wrong answers at times. When I asked for pricing they added things that I never mentioned I guess hoping that I would just not notice rather than asking me about it beforehand. They were very reluctant to agree to let me get the car inspected claiming that they already did and I should just blindly trust them. The most frustrating and disturbing part of the experience was that I told them I had to leave soon but they said that they could give me the financing information to look over before I came back if I would just give them my financial info. They asked a lot of personal and what I think are unnecessary questions in this form that I was told were all required if I wanted to see the financing info. Once I gave them all my information they decided that they did not want to show me any financing information. When I asked why not they insulted me and refused to make eye contact with me anymore. I think they were concerned that I would take the prices to another dealership are only a couple of that same car for sale within 500 miles. Regardless it is no way to treat another customer who was just interested in buying your vehicle and had to leave before they could make a decision. When I was supposed to go back and talk to a different sales rep a couple days later the vehicle had sold before my appointment and they did not tell me. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. More

We are so disappointed with this dealership, and how they treated my husband and I. They have forgotten it is about customer service. They were very rude and use high-pressure tactics, and because we didn't accept what they were offering us they said they were doing a favor. We felt humiliated and discriminated, they had the audacity to say they were doing a favor for us, but we were doing a business it's not a favor specially when money and your name is involved, favor you do for a family not for a customer who already bought a $77,000 truck from then a week ago. I would never recommend Malloy Ford Alexandria for anyone. More
