After spending significant amount of time negotiating a deal with the sales manager, when I went to the back office to sign the paper work I was surprised by the finance guy that the the processing fee was not $133 which we agreed upon but it is $589. They attempted to force me to pay this amount. I decided to walk away from the deal. This is a very dishonest and questionable business practice conducted by this dealership. Be aware! More
BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!! I came to this dealership after being treated very badly at Cowel's Ford and walking out of that dealership. Edward the finance manager from the start sat down with me at shot straight. You need X and we need to come down X to make a deal. DONE! He fought hard to get us a 3rd car loan with a great bank. I really didn't deal with my sales guy and honestly his knowledge on the 2015 Mustang was bad... Lisa the Sales Manager helped me when I called the dealership and Ed was off, she was spot on with her information. She even ran into the dealership and told me to get my camera to take a picture of my 2015 Mustang being unloaded off the truck. This dealership was a great experience and made me feel like good about my purchase and that I wasn't just a sales deal. Great job Jerry's, you have renewed my faith in Ford after Cowel's ruined it! Jerry's "won" a competitive process between 7-8 different dealers in the DC area. The vehicle has everything we wanted and nothing we didn't. Thanks to Jim, Angel, Joe, and Daniel for earning our business. We had by far the most in-person interaction with Daniel while taking delivery of our new Ford. Daniel is very professional, but warm, personable, and genuine. He is well spoken and extremely thorough. My wife and I really appreciated his patience and the extra time he took with us. "Awesome Experience" In the beginning I was apprehensive about going to the dealer due to the red tape/ willing and dealing the least to say so I started my search online In the beginning I was apprehensive about going to the dealer due to the red tape/ willing and dealing the least to say so I started my search online and found a suv I was interested in, so i filled out the request for a call back and within six hours or less I received a returned phone call from one of the salesman (Milson) he told me alittle about the truck and encourage me to come out, "again alittle reluctant" so we scheduled a Saturday appointment and I went out and let me tell you the experience I had from the time I hit the door I was blown away from all the people that were involve in may purchase (Milson, Joe, Lisa walker, Angel and Jason) you guys rock!!!!!!! I was not there all day either what more can you ask for, if I had five thumbs all of them will be put up keep up the great work you all do. More

I've been given some accommodations through use of a rental car today (but not for day 1, when zero work was done on my car). I specifically made and appointment for work on the transmission clutch. When I called toward the end of day 1 they didn't even know what I was talking about, and told me I wouldn't be able to get that done until November at the earliest. I've heard so many different things, and I get the impression that certain people, like Bill Ritenour, genuinely want to help. However, the solutions have yet to present themselves. I never expected buying a new car my car would handle as poorly as it does, and that it would be this difficult to get it set right. I am strongly discouraging friends/family from doing business with Jerry's Ford until further experience causes me to think otherwise. Just extremely frustrated and disappointed in my "New Ford Focus" experience with Jerry's. More

However, Ehab called back and asked about my experience. I let him know I was disappointed and next thing was the GM calling me! Needless to say, I bought my car not through pushy sales antics used by many dealerships but rather OUTSTANDING customer service and care! I will send anyone looking for a vehicle here. Thank you, my son has already named the car! More
