The truck shop at Malloy has improved 1000% from when it was Price Chevrolet. Before, customers were treated like we didn't matter. The service is very expensive. Charged me almost 1600 for something that google says should cost 400-600. Also when I looked in the window my car was 2 hours with the hood up and n Charged me almost 1600 for something that google says should cost 400-600. I brought my 21chey bolt for service I did not get clear answer what they were going to do I talk to service manager he did not do anything I asked my car did not have enough charge to get me home he said M answer what they were going to do I talk to service manager he did not do anything I asked my car did not have enough charge to get me home he said Melody is not going to pay for your Electric bill I told the service MGR about charging my car and it wasn’t charged when the car was ready. I I made 70 miles trip and he told me the car wasn’t ready that a pen was missing and they forgot to order it. At this time I will service my cars and buy my car elsewhere. More
