Recently I had Tahoe engine warranty work done, easy to schedule and so happy with the work - then my brakes started squealing - went in and got them turned(front) and replaced(rear), they continued to squ schedule and so happy with the work - then my brakes started squealing - went in and got them turned(front) and replaced(rear), they continued to squeal so took it back in, they were great about getting me in quickly, and double checking so that I ended up with new rotors no charge, the ones from the factory weren't good enough - SO happy they really took care of the problem instead of kicking it down the street - Great customer service More

It was easy to make an appointment and the state inspection was completed efficiently. The 3% surcharge for using a credit card is absolutely chicken xxxx. Took my 2023 Tahoe premier in for my first oil, filter, tire rotation and to put air in my tires. I waited for about 1 1/2 hours for my service to be done. When I got my vehicle back I checked my air statu tire rotation and to put air in my tires. I waited for about 1 1/2 hours for my service to be done. When I got my vehicle back I checked my air status. It had not been touched, so I pulled back around in the service area and told Gary the tires had not been touched, he got that corrected. I left and went to run some other errands, at one of my stops, I chec to see if my tires had been rotated,(I had them marked, so I knew if they had been rotated or not) They had not been touched!!!!! I went back to the dealership and explained to Gary I was really PISSED 😡 He immediately got a different service person to rotate my tires, and we were not sure if my oil had been changed, so he re changed it. This service person has no place in your dealership. He is costing you money and ripping off the public. More
