I have been with Jim price Chevy and of Charlottesville and now of which is Malloy of Charlottesville Chevy. Since 2020. I was with Jim price Kia 16 years prior. I am so disappointed with experiences I hav and now of which is Malloy of Charlottesville Chevy. Since 2020. I was with Jim price Kia 16 years prior. I am so disappointed with experiences I have had and my Chevy Trax 2018. 40,000 miles pump well went, then 52,000 radio went out I had to replace it at cost to me of course .At least four recalls purge valve replacement . Wait let’s waiting for undercarriage repair before 120,000. On top of everything else same parts replace at 40,000 replacement them again last week on a Monday to my surprise water resivor is almost completely empty and which tells me same issue not even replace six days ago is happening again. This is my first Chevy vehicle I have ever owned and I am completely heartbroken! How can a Chevy be so bad so many problems not even at 91,000 miles. I am so disappointed these words don’t cut deep enough I truly expected so much better from a Chevy! I expect more than this ii have owned Kia’s never need work for many years . My sister has never owned anything but Chevy vehicles swears never a problem with them had her truck 2013 no issues not a one. She just bought a new vehicle I. October 2024 a Chevy. My husband will be taking my vehicle back tomorrow morning to malloy Chevy in Charlottesville for repairs done to be redone again tomorrow morning ! I am just really disappointed because I have always been taught that Chevy was American made and a great vehicle! I have kids special needs one as well you see transportation is imperative for my family and dependability and trusting my mechanics is a must right now I am scared, dissatisfied and unfortunately not able to give a great positive attitude or reason to give a reputable opinion about this facility! What I need is for them to fix my vehicle to compliances . Let me see them do better show me compassion and kindness fix issues with my vehicle! More

My only complaint is the amount of time it took. I thought by coming in early and only having an oil change it would be quick but that was not the case. I was there for 2 hours plus. Had my front tires replaced on my 2008 Corvette Thursday. Drove it Saturday to Waynesboro and got high pressure alarms on both front tires. Checked the air pressure in the tires this morning (cold) and both front tires had 37 psi in them. Supposed to be 30 psi cold. Now they claim, because it was considered “maintenance”, not fixing the “problem”, I was charged $630.97. For basically a transmission flush. $165 for diagnostics, which if there was a problem, that would be waived. There.was a diagnostic problem confirmed , but yet I was charged. How Malloy chose to fix a “problem” is not my concern. On the bill it is noted that I requested a transmission flush. That is false! That is what the tech recommended at the time to see if that would fix it. Listed on the bill is $285 for parts when you have a problem and you fix something with parts, that part and labor are warrantied for a certain amount of time and not charged.(while under warranty). They chose to fix a problem with “parts” and then charged me. It was not a maintenance issue that was the problem. That’s how Malloy chose to FIX it. More
