I give it 2 stars because they did have a laid back sales approach & werent over abrasive making me feel like it was a robbery instead of car shopping. Also they had a nice selection of complimentary refresh approach & werent over abrasive making me feel like it was a robbery instead of car shopping. Also they had a nice selection of complimentary refreshments which really helped after sitting 4, maybe even 5 hours with my toddler ..for the 2nd time !!! just to be told no one at the dealership could make a decision to replace a broken headlight , on a vehicle with ‘outstanding carfax’..that they lied about having no accidents..well toyota flat out said to take the car straight back, they were responsible for all repairs because it was wrecked so That voided having it fixed under warranty. If you find yourself really needing to purchase a vehicle From this dealership I’d recommend thoroughly looking over the car & making them print the paper work not showing you on their computer where they can easily dismiss things such as paying 42,000 for a used car that’s wrecked, with trash body work with over spray all over, broken parts, and cigarette burns all under the floor mats. I understand it’s their job to lie a little, and make money, and I never bother to write bad reviews, but with all considered…and they didn’t even try accommodating the situation at all!! More
