Wow! Today I drove out of Mini Mall of Georgia with an amazing used Mini Cooper Convertible. I live in South Carolina and had been searching for a vehicle for weeks. to no avail. One week ago, I found a amazing used Mini Cooper Convertible. I live in South Carolina and had been searching for a vehicle for weeks. to no avail. One week ago, I found a vehicle online at the Mini Mall of GA. I spoke to Heather and then to Zachary. It is stressful enough to shop for a used vehicle online, but Zachary managed to make this experience really great. I had many questions, all of which were answered. He worked with me to get the price within the range I wanted to spend. He offered multiple ways for me to pick up my vehicle. Unfortunately, my experience with Zachary has now plummeted. I had a problem with my vehicle almost immediately. I had asked Zachary what happens if I have any issues after the purchase and he assured me if there was anything wrong, they would make it right. I sent the information and ended up fixing it ourselves. I then texted Zachary explaining I did not receive any information concerning the Care Car package I could not decline. Not only did they charge me 50.00 more than our original quote, but they gave me nothing concerning this product. I have no way to know what is covered or how to proceed if I have any issues. Finally, they sent me a check made out to the SC DMV. We went this past week to register the vehicle and our DMV will not accept the check. They will not allow us to pay with 2 separate items or with 2 different methods of payment. We are paying the remainder with a credit card, so the check is worthless. Again, I reached out to Zachary and nothing. Now, I have left a message for his manager. The operator told me he was in the office so I left a lengthy message with all of the information above. Still waiting for a return phone call. I can no longer rate this Dealership or Zachary a high score. Zachary told me the Mini Cooper Dealership in Buford Georgia was not a sketchy dealership and their reputation is very important. They have now proven that to not be correct. You owe me money. Shame on you. More
