Test drive went smooth and negotiations were honest and up front. Through the process Mike was super nice and always friendly and considerate. I wish more people I worked with on a daily basis were as nice as Mike. Since we were from out of town he even recommend an excellent burger place that was right up our alley. I can honestly say I'd recommend the dealership to friends and family in the area. More

Amazing Service-Very Professional, Personable, and Friendly I bought my first Mini at this dealership two years ago...Because I live in NC, I have to drive over 2 1/2 hours for service. The staff has made it worth it every time I have made the trip, including my last trip for service which took the whole day to complete (and took an unexpected turn)! While waiting on my car, I started reading through my emails and ran across an Ad from Mini regarding a new upgrade program they were promoting. I asked Jordan Smith for details, and he kindly and patiently explained it to me. Long story short, a long service day became very interesting!
