My wife and I came into mini to test drive a Mini Countryman then were going to other dealerships for a VW atlas. Came in and met a nice clerk who point us into Os’s direction. Knew exactly what we needed and helped us out with everything he could. I had numerous questions. If he didn’t know the answer, he would find it out for us. Is even was able to find a VW Atlas from another lot with the help of his sale manager, Jordon Smith I believe, which was the perfect vehicle for us. He was nice, smart, informational. He offered us snacks and waters always. He was also a pleasure with to have small talk. We had a very comfortable experience overall. More

Buying cars has always been a love hate relationship for me, I love cars, but I hate working with dealers. I have to say, the staff I worked with at Mall or Georgia Mini gave me some hope for the future. me, I love cars, but I hate working with dealers. I have to say, the staff I worked with at Mall or Georgia Mini gave me some hope for the future. I have been looking for a sports coupe for over a year. I have been to several dealerships including mall of Georgia Mini. That is where I first met Patrick; he was the first salesman that helped me. I found an M4 there I liked but it sold before I was able to get it. Over the last year Patrick would send me cars that he thought might interest me. In the mean time I came close to a few purchases that did not happen at other dealerships, primarily because of poor customer service. Finally, Patrick sent me a black 2020 M4 that was just what I was looking for. Michael Albertson was my point of contact for this car since schedules with Patrick did not work out. Mike was extremely patient and helpful. When it came to final paperwork he brought it to me and my wife at her work to make it easier. My experience working with both of these salesman at Mall of Georgia Mini was exceptional. I will definitely look here first when I am ready for my next car purchase. Thank you both. Chris More
