I'm not sure why I'm asked to rate them because it doesn't do any good. They are not honest and very inconsiderate. I took my 2019 f150 to them straight from another mechanic. I swore I'd never bring it back here but the other mechanic could not figure out why it was misfiring. I dropped my truck of with two paged of diagnostics and an invoice showing the services he performed. He changed all 6 spark plugs and coil packs but couldnt stop the misfiring, so he recommended i take it back to Ford to do a factory reset of the PCM. After a week and a half I get a text from Ford with the services they recommended. Change the spark plugs and an oil change. Change the spark plugs that I just paid to have changed a week earlier. I drove up there immediately because the one thing I was sure of is it wasn't the spark plugs. When I get there I asked Matt Knuckles, by recommending changing the spark plugs are you telling me the other mechanic did not? He said, well two of them are broken. I said ok, well can I get you to at least do the Factory reset and I'll take it back to the other guy since he charged me $1000 a week ago. He told me they generally do the factory resets and theyd like to start by changing the spark plugs. I took my truck home and I checked all the spark plugs. They were all brand new. Mr. Knuckles is a liar, and he also lied about the factory reset. He wasn't willing to the reset unless I let him rip me off with the spark plugs. It took them a week and a half to come up with a way to do nothing and get paid for it. I've had my truck here 5 times and not once have they done any work. My truck is misfiring because my catalytic converter is bad due to the exhaust leak right behind it at the y-pipe. I'm not a mechanic but I've had to learn about my truck because Ford won't fix it, especially if it is under warranty. They are xxxxing crooks and Matt Knuckles is a xxxxing liar.
