I think the dealership has gone down some overall. Since I bought my car 12 years ago from this dealership … I have had all my services performed my Mall of Georgia Ford. For the first 10 years I Since I bought my car 12 years ago from this dealership … I have had all my services performed my Mall of Georgia Ford. For the first 10 years I was satisfied with all the services rendered. The quality of the work was excellent. The dealership was easy to do business with. I didn’t feel like I was over paying. I probably could have taken my car somewhere else and probably saved a little. But because of the service and ease of doing business … I stayed loyal to this dealership. These past few years the competency of the service advisors has gone down and their customer service has diminished some. In the past the service advisor would do what he/she could do to keep the price down. Not so much anymore. To add insult to injury … the dealership started charging fees on credit card transactions. Every experience I have had with this dealership has been progressively slower and more disappointing. Nobody calls when the trucks are ready, no porters ever show up to shuttle us, and nobody seems to care progressively slower and more disappointing.
