I was told a shuttle would take me to my office when I booked my 7:00am meeting. I was there before my appt to make sure I would be one of the first ones to check in and ultimately one of the early shuttl booked my 7:00am meeting. After checking in, the service agent told me a shuttle was not available at the moment and he would come get me in the waiting room. I waited more than an hour without any contact from the service department or any updates on the shuttle service. I was forced to make other arrangements after waiting over an hour. If there are shuttle stipulations or schedules, it should be communicated when someone makes an appointment and chooses to accept the service. I chose this location specifically for that benefit. More

STRIKE THREE! Incompetence at it's finest. This is infuriating. It all started months ago with a visit to MOG Ford when nobody addressed the engine light on my wor Incompetence at it's finest. This is infuriating. It all started months ago with a visit to MOG Ford when nobody addressed the engine light on my work truck. I brought the truck back in, after weeks of driving with my engine light on and a negative review that was read and responded to with promises, some of which were kept. That was AFTER an incident that could have very easily caused a very serious crash. Round two, I had no work truck for the better part of a week. I lost much more money than these stinking repairs cost, even though I was handed a small monetary compensation, the fact remains that I must be without my work truck AGAIN, FOR THE THIRD TIME over the same xxxx repair!!! I'm so frustrated that I don't even know what to do anymore. Who can you trust if your favorite dealership of nearly 20 years treats you like insignificant garbage? I guess the fact that I could've died from the initial incident when the truck dropped into 3rd gear at a high rate of speed was not enough to make this issue a priority. It certainly doesn't help that Ford Motor Company has reportedly instructed dealerships to not treat this 'recall' seriously unless there is a problem. I guess death might make this a serious problem? I guess we'll wait and find out. Meanwhile, does anyone know where a decent Ford dealership is near Buford GA? P.S. Whomever responds to these reviews, you needn't bother with this one. You responded to the last two reviews by telling me that a person no longer employed by Mall of Georgia Ford would be getting back to me. You gave me an email address that nobody was checking! Took my 2019 F350 Platinum in for an alignment. They told me there were some recalls, ok no problem. The truck still pulls left and they didn’t complete the recalls correctly. They will not do anything about it. Bad look. Poor. Customer service. Still trying to get them to do something. Maybe they will come through and fix my truck. They check my truck out. They wanted $4000 to fix bad look. The engine only makes noise when it has sat for a while and you start it up.
