Terrible service I bought a 2017 Mustang GT in September. Four months later a transmission problem. Tony told me to drop it off and they would find out, what it was. Tony told me they had to diagnose the problem. At the end of the day I get a call from Tony. He tells me it will be a month before he they can fix it and to drive it with 5th gear grinding and that it won't hurt it. I call Ford and tell them the situation. They tell me that they are independently owned and operated. So Ford is telling me they don't stand behind there products. There is no management between the dealer and customer. So before you buy a Ford. Just know that they don't support the customer or there product. And they don't care how the dealership treats the customer. More

Having scheduled apps that I could not cancel at the last moment, I had to wait and drive my car back home and it took me 2 hours--I JUST HAD TO BE PATIENT. Then this SUNDAY MORNING, I went on-line to make an appt or leave my name and there was nowhere to explain my situation SO I HAD TO WRITE THIS REVIEW IN HOPES THAT SOMEONE WOULD SEE IT AND CALL ME ASAP MONDAY AM AS SOON AS THE SERVICE DEPT OPENS(7:00am) so I can BRING IN MY CAR FOR AN INSPECTION BECAUSE I NEED MY CAR AND I HAVE A VERY BUSY WEEK AND I WILL HAVE TO WAIT FOR MY CAR SO I CAN GET BACK ON THE ROAD AS SOON AS IT IS REPAIRED.!! AC Core Service I wanted to write this review to recognize exceptional service. I have owned many cars in my life and I have received acceptable service from BMW, For I wanted to write this review to recognize exceptional service. I have owned many cars in my life and I have received acceptable service from BMW, Ford, Audi, etc. I have owned my 2015 Mustang GT from Mall of GA Ford. I was pleased with my sales experience but I knew that service is a completely different section of the dealership, so I was a bit worried about what I might expect. I was introduced to my service advisor, Sterling Oliver back in June of 2015 and I have visited him ever since. These days nothing is simple, but Sterling and Mall of GA Ford makes this aspect of my life easy. I am a very high stress person about my car. I hear a lot of horror stories about dealership service but I have never seen that with this service center. Sterling not only makes it simple, it gets fixed and it gets fixed right the first time. He is the face of the service center so I must also thank those behind the scenes. The service techs, service managers, everyone is the process has earned my trust. I belong to a large Mustang car club and I often hear horror stories from other dealerships and people that have to take their car back 5 times to get an issue fixed, I consider myself thankful to be partnered with Mall of GA Ford and Sterling. I have come to consider this dealership like family and certainly consider Sterling to be a trusted member of my extended family! Kudos to Mall of GA Ford for hiring professionals and giving them the tools to be successful. I look forward to buying future cars from you and continuing to use Sterling for all of my service needs! Poor service department POOR SERVICE department. We brought our Expedition in for service on an ac vent and coil replacement. When we got it back it had all kinds of electric POOR SERVICE department. We brought our Expedition in for service on an ac vent and coil replacement. When we got it back it had all kinds of electrical issues. Upon discussion with the service manager he said they didn't do anything to it and refused to fix it. Essentially the truck was returned in worse shape than when we dropped it off. After this experience we will never use this dealership for anything again. More

Trip two...my fault for choosing them for convenience, ordered a part for my wife's car and told them I wouldn't be able to come pick it up until the following day. When I arrived to pick up the part I was informed it was returned back to the warehouse and I could come the back the next morning and pick it up. No thanks. I'll take my business elsewhere from now on. More
Epic Fail. Scratched the $#!* out of my 2007 Dark Emethyst Harley Davidson Edition Ford F-150. I just bought the truck and decided to bring it in immediately for a spark plug change and slip yoke service. Fixed one problem, caused another. Now I have a problem with hesitation that was not there when I brought it to the Ford Dealership where they have "Master Mechanics". I remember it was cold that day and the Mechanic I spoke with wore a blue jacket with a ZIPPER. I Know he may not have done it on purpose, but "Master Mechanic?" NO... Same story as almost every place you go to these days. They don't care about you or your vehicle. Just the money they make by scamming you cause you don't know without regard for any importance you may have for your own goddamn vehicle. Sad. Mall Of Ga. Ford Is Very Not Recommended. More

When it came to my first oil change they offered a complimentary service and from that point on I will not go any where else. The entire service department is fantastic; however, if you are lucky enough to have Marilyn Muir as your service representative then you will never stray. She is incredible. She goes above and beyond to help inform me of my appointments, letting me know what is going on with my car, and any updates. She is such an upbeat person and is a huge assets to Mall of Georgia Ford. More

Issues that I thought they might look at me as if I was crazy...explaining squeaks o I've had three visits to this Ford Dealership Service Department. Issues that I thought they might look at me as if I was crazy...explaining squeaks or wind noise, etc. To my surprise they took me serious and found the issue the first time. I've dealt with Sterling each time and he exemplifies customer service and politeness. So often service departments can ruin a great dealership experience but that isn't the case at MALL OF GA FORD. I'm high stress when it comes to my car, so if they can please me, they can please anyone! More
