Great Service Marilyn is always willing to help. Our AC wasn’t working and we were going to a family reunion in 3 days with my elderly mother and riding 7 hours in Marilyn is always willing to help. Our AC wasn’t working and we were going to a family reunion in 3 days with my elderly mother and riding 7 hours in a hot car would have been miserable if not impossible. Found the problem and fixed it They were able to determine that we needed a new module for the radio. Would not fix my transmission. Ford is aware of large transmission issues with the their Focus & Fiesta models. Rather than issue a recall, they are keeping this quiet & doing a pat Ford is aware of large transmission issues with the their Focus & Fiesta models. Rather than issue a recall, they are keeping this quiet & doing a patchwork reprogram rather than replacement for customers bringing their vehicles to them. My transmission still slips & car feels dangerous on the road even after the dealership had it for one week. The service manager claimed Ford won’t allow him to do anything more about it. ***SHAME!!!*** More
