Wowed!!!! We received the BEST customer service from everyone! My husband tagged along and I had told him what a great service department this dealership had We received the BEST customer service from everyone! My husband tagged along and I had told him what a great service department this dealership had provided on an earlier visit. We moved here from Texas and he was very impressed from the gentleman who greeted us to the service man to the courtesy driver to the receptionist and to the checkout desk. Customer Service I love recently took my car in for an oil change. There were some complications after my car was serviced, and I had to leave my car overnight. I haven’t and never will take my car anywhere else. They are excellent and I highly recommend having your car serviced with my Ford dealership. More

Worst service center I’ve ever been to. I waited two and a half hours for an oil change that was scheduled a week in advance AND that I showed up to 30min early! The oil change itself took a I waited two and a half hours for an oil change that was scheduled a week in advance AND that I showed up to 30min early! The oil change itself took about an hour and half which is fine. My issue is that after they finished my oil change they put my car on the rack to check the alignment. The lady told me my car was on the rack and it would only take about 20 min. An hour goes by and I get up and see my truck parked outside the service garage. At this point I assume my truck is ready and ask what the hold up is. Come to find out they took my truck OFF the alignment rack and serviced who knows how many cars before mine, when mine was already on the xxxx rack!! I don’t know if some of the other service reps bullied their customers in front of me or what happened, but the point is I’ll never return to that service center again. The service rep did give me my oil change for free, which was nice, but the point is I had things to do and I would’ve paid $100 just to get out on time! It is not a good look to have your customer telling their friends and family that they waited two and a half hours for an oil change that was scheduled A WEEK IN ADVANCE!!! More
