Discrimination I scheduled an online appointment for my brakes to get serviced at 7am. When I arrived I was told that it may take 1 1/2 hours to complete. While waiting for 2 1/2 hours the service tech advises me that the additional parts that I needed was not at the location and won't be in until 2pm. Meanwhile my vehicle had already been disassembled and the additional parts were an extra $330, as if I was prepared for this unexpected expense. So it's now 9:35am I just got off my 10 hour shift of working overnight, (sleepy) and I have no vehicle, and I live in Ellenwood Ga which is about 45 miles from the dealership. So the service tech looks at me and offers a 10 mile radius shuttle ride. To WHERE? IT'S 9:35 AM AT THIS POINT I ALREADY HAD BREAKFAST, WHAT ELSE CAN YOU OFFER ME. So instead of him offering a loaner vehicle which would have been appropriate for this situation, I had to suggest it instead, and when I did he acted like there were no vehicles available. His exact words were I think we're all out of them versus let me check FIRST. So he located some keys to a truck and the first thing he shouted to me was that it was a diesel. As if that was going to deter me from driving it, or something. I still can't figure out why that was even mentioned at this point. I then felt as if he was further attempting to discourage from using the truck because he stated that I would need a credit card to have on file versus a debit card. As if I didn't own a credit card. I really felt like that he should've FIRST made sure that the parts were in stock, because you can't sell what you DON'T have. Then he should've came to me with options to even see if I had monies to cover the additional repairs. Instead of coming to me with there's no other options it's off your vehicle and we can't undo this process so now I'm being forced to have this service done. Just thinking if I did not have the monies or the time for this service then what do you do? just keep my vehicle or just complete the repairs anyway? Ok now that I'm stuck/ forced to get the repairs done all you can do is offer me a 10 mile radius shuttle ride and an apology? UNACCEPTABLE! More

Im disappointed in this service I had at mall of Georgia, and i please ask them to investigate their workers and make sure they are professional and honest at their job. More
This was all warranty work. Tony in Service did a great job taking care of my wife’s 2018 Ford Explorer. Tony made sure the seat was sewn back well. Went in for a new key I called to get a price to have a new key made. I just got off the phone with a locksmith, his price was $169. Knowing the dealership always charges the max, I called anyway. Oscar gave me a price of $135. I asked if I needed an appointment or can I just stop in. I was told it was dead, c'mon in, it will take about an hour. In the hour it took me to get there, it got very busy for Oscar. Alan stepped up and took care of me. One hour turned into two hours. Alan was apologetic, the mechanic was having trouble logging into their computer system. A while later, Alan came out and told me we had a problem. They cut a key with the fob built in, when my key was separate from the fob. Alan explained that there was about a $100 difference, and I explained that I wasn't going to pay it. Alan left and when he came back, he said we were all set. Instead of eating the whole cost of the miscut key, and cutting me just the key, he gave it to me for the price I was quoted. They did the right thing, without me having to fuss. It was the right business decision, and it got them a 5 star rating because of it. I'm sure the parts department wasn't happy, but I was. More

Ask for Marilyn... aways good service! I always have great service at this dealership. Marilyn Muir is by far one of the best service writers I have ever had. She’s honest, open, explains what you need and when you need maintenance service done for your car. I drive nearly 30 minutes just to have her and the MOGF mechanics service my car.
