This was the worst experience I've ever had with any business. They really could care less about you. I will never take any of my vehicles here ever again. I dropped my car off and it takes them two days to call me back saying the transmission is broken. Another five days pass and I stop by to get a parking pass out of my car. While I'm there I ask what was broken. The service adviser says they haven't even looked at it and it could be another week or two before they even get to it. This contradicted what he told me over the phone and was very frustrating. I couldn't be without transportation to work that long. I ended up taking my car back and giving it Nalley Ford. Nalley Ford only took THREE HOURS! They diagnosed the issue to a software bug and did a bunch of checks to make sure there were no other mechanical issues. If I had left my car at Mall of GA Ford it would still be sitting on their lot untouched. More

Was found to be stuck brake caliper piston Repair parts and labor wete extremely overpriced. Replaced both front rotors and right side brake caliper only & was a rebuilt one...not new!!!! Brake fluid was drained from front lines only but was charged for complete brake fluid changeout. All lines were not drained and purged. Truck was not cleaned up afterwards. Dirty all over and grease allover right front wheel. Probably never comming back again. More

Overall it is a good experience Everything is fair enough and a 5star experience except the wait time. If you can plan to reduce wait times would be more better.
