"Fixed" 3 Times under Warrenty, but not the 4th I am total dissatisfied. We had the same issue "fixed" 3 times under warranty, and now the car is out of warranty so i had to pay for the repairs. I am total dissatisfied. We had the same issue "fixed" 3 times under warranty, and now the car is out of warranty so i had to pay for the repairs. I suspect we will have the same issue again in a couple years. I was bounced back and forth between the dealership and Ford. All were nice folks but no one would step up to cover the costs in any material way. And i am a Ford customer, in addition to this mustang, I have had an Expedition and 3 Trucks over the past 20 years. More

Great and Quick Service After pulling my vehicle from the other local Ford dealer. I took it to Mall of Georgia Ford. Had to use the body shop this time. They did excellent work and you can’t tell the damage ever happened. They sent me update photos and status reports and did a thorough walk thru when I picked it up. Fiv work and you can’t tell the damage ever happened. Service sucked! Went in for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation, and even though it was scheduled it took almost 3 hours to complete. Also realized the next day the had not put my lock key back in my tire rotation, and even though it was scheduled it took almost 3 hours to complete. Also realized the next day the had not put my lock key back in my truck so I had to go get it. And to make matters worst, after a week I realized the had only rotated the tires on ONE side. So I had to go back for them to rotate the other side. I am so glad I noticed thanks to the brake dust on my wheels. Horrible service. More

Sales went well. After sales service is poor and lacking. Not meeting my needs of what I purchased.
