NEW Tires Called my advisor to see if they could price match a specific set of tires & see how soon they could have them in stock. Great Service Marilyn is always willing to help. Our AC wasn’t working and we were going to a family reunion in 3 days with my elderly mother and riding 7 hours in Marilyn is always willing to help. Would not fix my transmission. Ford is aware of large transmission issues with the their Focus & Fiesta models. Rather than issue a recall, they are keeping this quiet & doing a patchwork reprogram rather than replacement for customers bringing their vehicles to them. My transmission still slips & car feels dangerous on the road even after the dealership had it for one week. The service manager claimed Ford won’t allow him to do anything more about it. ***SHAME!!!*** More
