They can not multitask I came in with 2k miles on my new truck. Several 8ssues already. They replaced the rear sensor and light assembly, and a couple minor things under warranty. Then they couldn't figure out the technology issue, so they did a hard reset and claimed it was fixed. Part of my issue already stated that if you do this it takes up to 4 days to break again. They refused to accept the issues, and they are ongoing. Also, their rental car service decided not to pick me up, and then put me into a subcompact car. I am 300lb, do the math. More

Excellent Service My car would not crank and after calling the service department they recommended it to be towed by their Road Assistant service. Once towed in they communicated and had my car ready the next day. The waiting area is clean and has snacks while you wait. They are very busy but are usually always friendly. Matt was the one who helped me and he did everything he could to make sure I left happy. More
